My roommate and I have lived here for about 6 months and no complaints! Beautiful resort-like complex. Office staff are so kind and rarely have any maintenance issues. When we have, they were quick and timely about addressing our concerns. I’m so happy to call this home!!

My husband & I have been living at Farmhouse since Oct. 2023 and we love it here!! Management and maintenance are so sweet and super quick and helpful. We also love how peaceful & clean the community is. Neighbors are all super nice and the amenities are great!

Absolutely love these apartments! All brand new, great area, peaceful, a lot of parking, good gym, and been loving the pickleball court! 100% recommend! Plus the property managers are so sweet & helpful!

Farmhouse Apartments are amazing. The application and move in process were both quick and easy. Morgan went above and beyond to make everything perfect before move in. She continued to check in after move in to make sure everything was right and that I was settling in nicely. Haylie stays on top of things and is quick to update the residents if anything is needed. The apartments are quiet and the amenities are top notch. You can tell they really care about their residents. Especially with the events and parties they plan each month. It’s such a welcoming place and I’m grateful to call it home!

Haylie & Morgan have always gone the extra mile to assist with any concerns I have sense moving into Farmhouse. Whenever I have a maintenance request it is taken care of immediately and they have even followed-up to ensure there were no more issues. One example is when I could not get my garage door to open--Todd was there immediately to fix. Farmhouse is the premier apartment complex in Murfreesboro from the landscaping to the availability of the club house; the work out area and the pool which is bigger than most apartment pools. When I have had visitors they always compliment me on how nice Farmhouse Apartments look on the outside and the lay-out of the floor plan.

Moved into the Farmhouse Apartments right before the holidays. The front office made it easy and effortless. Everyone was so friendly and eager to answer all my questions. As I walked into the apartment for the first time, I was amazed on how nice the apartments actually were. I’m so happy I made the move to Farmhouse Apartments!!!

I love the farmhouse, Haylie has always made sure everything we need is taken care of and Morgan is personable and is always on top of things. Both have made it so easy to live here and maintenance always fulfills requests asap since day one. I recommend the farmhouse to everyone!

Love this place and the staff everything is managed so well and they are so fluent with letting you know what’s going on in the community. The maintenance crew is always timely even with small things and the apartment itself is great and modern!

The farmhouse has been wonderful! I have lived here for over a year and I haven’t had a single issue. All of the amenities here are phenomenal, the pickle court is my personal favorite! It is in a perfect area as well, close enough to everything in Murfreesboro but far enough where there is no traffic. It is also only about 5 minutes from MTSU campus if you are looking for a place to live close to campus. I would 100% recommend looking in to living at Farmhouse Apartments!
