Emergency maintenance includes issues such as flooding, no heat when below 50 degrees outside, no air when over 80 degrees outside, electrical hazards, fire, or major plumbing leaks.
Routine requests are generally completed within 24–48 business hours depending on the issue. Emergency calls within 2 hours.

Move-In & Resident Information
